Goal And Objectives Of ANIMT
All Nations Institute of Marine and Technology has observed with great concern the sharp decay in moral and societal values as well as the obvious falling standard of education and therefore poised to promoting educational advancement which is rooted on sound morals. This can only be achieved by inculcating decent behaviors in the students that will induce academic excellence. This is done with emotionally-driven pulse as we seek to accommodate the less privileged that yearn for acquisition of qualitative knowledge but constrained by financial incapacitation. This dream is pursued through subsidization of our fee charges without losing sight of qualitative education which complements the efforts of the government and other NGOs in this direction.
This National Diploma (ND) programme is fashioned in line with the requirements and standards set by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to equal students with competent and requisite skills needed in their various field of endeavor.
In addition to the acquisition of vocational skills, students are equipped with effective work competence and socio-psychological work skills that are germane to daily interaction with others in the process of meeting the manpower needs of the economy.
All Nations Institute of Marine and technology, in complementing the effort of NBTE and adapting to the socio-economic and high technological needs of the world, introduces her students to various customized elective Courses. In this direction, all technical based students are exposed to the rudiments of Management; whereas arts - oriented students are drilled in computer applications and other relevant science courses. These hi-tech combinations are rare to come by, but only be found and guaranteed at All Nations institute of Marine and Technology.
Specifically, the institution is committed to the realization of the following objectives:
